Order Processing:
Most items are in stock & are normally shipped out by the next business day after your order is received.
If for some reason one or more of the items you have purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email as to when it will be shipped & if you would like us to proceed with the order. If you do not wish to proceed, we will issue a refund.
Sales Tax:
All sales taxes (GST or HST) are included in the order of all taxable items for Canadian customers. There will be no additional sales tax charge at checkout.
Delivery Times:
Canada... All shipments go via Canada Post & take about 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on your destination.
USA... All shipments go Air Mail & take about 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on your destination.
International... All shipments go Air Mail & take about 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on your destination.
